premium cow's milk from small Vermont family farms
Délice de Bourgogne. A luxurious triple cream cheese
with a slight hint of lemon on the finish. Rich, smooth, and
full-flavored. Pairs well with sparkling wines.
Manchego from Spain. Aged 12 months. Made from the rich
milk of the Manchego sheep.
Taleggio D.O.P. from Italy. Aromatic yet mild. A semi-soft
cheese with a distinctive full flavor and truffle-like aftertaste.
Trugole from Italy's Alpine region. A wonderful depth of
flavor that is addictive. Semi-firm with a creamy mouth-feel.
Pairs well with just about everything.
Bellavitano Award-winning artisan cheese. Great, cravable
taste reminiscent of an aged, premium Cheddar balanced by
a full flavored Parmesan.
Gorgonzola Torta al Mascarpone from Italy. Alternating
layers of Gorgonzola piccante with mascarpone, resulting in
a very pleasant balance between the sharp taste of
Gorgonzola and the mild one of the mascarpone.
