Delice de Bourgogne From France. A rich luxurious
triple-crème cheese. A favorite of cheese experts and
novices alike.
Bellavitano Artisan cheese from Wisconsin. Rich texture.
Great, cravable taste reminiscent of aged premium Cheddar
balanced by a full flavored Parmesan.
Brun-uusto with garlic Brunkow's Baked Cheese with a
subtle infusion of garlic. Baked to form a tasty crust similar
to French toast. (Juustalepia in Finland & Sweden translates
to "bread cheese.")
Manchego from Spain. Aged 12 months. Made from the rich
milk of the Manchego sheep.
Centenol from the Middle-Pyrénées. Semi-firm. Centenol is
from the local word for centenarian, evoking the historic
recipe. Mild to medium strength. Rich & complex.
